Post script to my comment. Some tend to self analyze their experiences as failures, whether by insecurity or outside influence of unwritten rules, without closing the book of self reflection and moving on.
I guess that's why some people keep a diary, to put their daily experiences ands thoughts on paper, then close the book and go on to live (not exist through) the next day.
Just make sure the woman who owns the mailbox isn’t a marathon runner this time.
